Tiwi Design wins Chief Minister NT Awards

Tiwi Design Aboriginal Corporation won the Northern Territory Chief Minister Industry and Export Award for Arts and Entertainment in 2008.

Tiwi Design joined the other state winners to enter the Austrade Industry and Export National Awards.

Romolo Tipiloura and Tim Hill attended the awards night at the National Gallery of Victoria and were thrilled to meet the P.M Kevin Rudd as well as get a few photos with him.

Congratulations to all the artists and art centre workers for a great team effort in achieving this highly contested award.
